Ship 37 (S37) is the fifth Block 2 Starship second stage prototype and likely prototype to fly after S36's RUD (aka explosion during fueling to a full static fire at Massey's) in Starship Flight Test 10, The prototype, which has completed cryogenic proof testing and is now located in Mega Bay 2, where it will undergo engine, flap and TPS installation. Like S36, hoping for a better result. S37's sections are stacked largely untiled and it currently still lacks all flaps, and most of its heat shield.
History[]
S37 was first spotted on the 8th of November 2024 with its Lox header tank in Starfactory. Stacking commenced of S37 on the 26th of February 2025 in Starfactory and it was rolled into MB2 for further stacking on the 15th of March 2025, which was completed on April 15th 2025, bringing the total stacking lasting to 48 days. On the 22nd of April 2025, S37 was lifted off the MB2 stacking turntable and onto the centre back workstand.
S37 rolled out to the Massey Outpost for cryogenic proof testing on May 29th 2025, where it completed a full cryo of both tanks on May 30th. It rolled back to MB2 on June 4th

- 16 Mar: S37 N:3 sleeved on top of Pez dispenser
- 24 Mar: S37 FX:4 moved into MB2 and stacked, creating N:7
- 1 Apr: Ring stand moved out of MB2 with the height of the stand typically used for Ship CX’s, indicating S37’s CX:3 had been moved and stacked, bringing S37 to N:10
- 3 Apr: S37 A2:3 moved into MB2 and stacked, creating N:13
- 7 Apr: S37 A3:4 moves into MB2 and stacked creating N:17
- 15 Apr: S37 AX:4 moved into MB2 and stacked in 48 days
- 22 Apr: S37 lifted off the MB2 turntable and placed on the centre back workstand in MB2.
- 29 May: S37 rolled to the Massey Outpost
- 30 May: S37 first cryo proof
- 30 May: S37 second cryo proof
- 3-4 Jun: S37 moved from Massey's to Build site
