The area comprises 329'493 ft2 (30610 m2) and the estimated cost is around 100 million. The first vertical steel beams were raised on the 21st of March 2024. The office building is connected to the Starfactory. It is likely to replace SpaceX' headcuarters in Hawtorne, California.
